Farah Yaghmour ElsaketFarah Elsaket, a first-generation Australian-Lebanese, is passionate about celebrating the beauty found in diversity. In the hopes of encouraging future generations to have understanding and approach cultural differences with open arms, she published her first book Douha and the Mystery of the Oak Tree. Enjoying various genres on her reading journey, Farah’s favourite author has changed over the years. She actively keeps those creative juices flowing with a variety of hobbies and has a certain artistic flair which she expresses in many ways. Her daughters inspire her daily. And with their support and her husband’s, Farah shares her message, telling a story through colour and the written word. With Douha and Mystery of the Oak Tree as her debut work, she lays the steppingstones for so much more. A full-time mother, education support worker and author—Farah is a woman of many talents, both inspired and inspiring. | ||
Farah HassanFarah Hassan was born in Egypt in 2000. She started drawing in 2013 as a self-taught artist and is now digging her path as a freelance artist alongside with studying Dentistry in Alexandria University. With so much passion to share her work and tell stories through it, this is her first work as an illustrator.
